Original title of the blog was ~"Photo a day" ("Kuva päivässä" in Finnish). Since I realized, that it isn't going to happen, I changed the name to something more realistic...

Again alive after a looooooong break in publishing the photos. I was busy with school work... but the biggest reason was nevertheless finding a lovely girlfriend and coming up with more interesting things to with her than publishing photos here :)
This photo of the sky broke the chain of non-publishing here. As you can see from the first comment posting, the photo was actually taken quite early, 2.10.2009, so about two weeks before publishing it. So, I actually had had time to take some photos: I just skipped the publishing part.
I really liked the strrrrrong contrast here between the dark clouds in the left and the sunlit parts of the sky and clouds in the right.
Used quite heavily the automatic image editing functions in Digital Photo Professional with this photo. That's why it's so dark. Maybe even too dark? Well, at least the black color in the left is dark enough. And sun is white. And, you can also see details in the blue sky. So, I think it's good enough.

The photo was taken from my room's window.
